From the moment you book, I’ll guide you through a relaxed, enjoyable process that takes care of every detail. Your ceremony will be heartfelt, uplifting, and full of genuine emotion.

We’ll meet in person to chat about what you value, and how you’d like the ceremony to feel. I’ll get to know your story so we can create something meaningful and completely yours.

Custom Ceremony
A fully customised ceremony that’s the perfect balance of heartfelt and lighthearted - in a way that fits your personalities and sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Vow Support
I’ll help you write personal vows that are true to you, with my How to Vow guide and optional vow writing support. I’ll also provide you with keepsake vow cards on the day.

Professional Delivery
On the big day, I’ll arrive early to check in with your photographer & coordinator. I’ll officiate with professionalism & warmth - keeping everything flowing smoothly and making sure your guests feel part of the moment.

Unlimited Support
You’ll have access to me throughout the process for advice, recommendations, or last-minute tweaks.

Legals Made Easy
All required paperwork will be completed and lodged for you. I’ll walk you through each step clearly and handle the official registration. Afterward, you’ll also receive my Name Change Guide & Checklist.

  • My ceremonies are warm, relaxed and personal, shaped around the feel you want for your day.
    I blend sentimental moments with lighthearted touches. I guide you through each step, set a calm tone, and create a ceremony that reflects your story in a way that feels natural and engaging for everyone.

  • Currently, my packages do not include on-location rehearsals, and they are priced accordingly. I believe a beautiful and meaningful ceremony can be easily achieved without one.

    Instead, I schedule an in-depth phone call with couples in the week leading up to the wedding to talk through all the details and ensure you feel confident and prepared.

    However, if you feel strongly about having an on-location rehearsal, I’m happy to attend for an additional $200 plus travel.

  • My Superb Ceremony package includes the coordination and playing of:

    • 1 processional song (for your walk down the aisle)

    • 3 songs during the signing

    • 1 recessional song (to close the ceremony)

    If you’d like additional ceremony music—such as multiple songs for your wedding party’s entrance—I recommend arranging this with a friend or your wedding coordinator.

    Alternatively, if you’d prefer that I manage all ceremony music beyond the five songs included, a rehearsal will be required and can be added to your package for an additional fee.

  • My pricing reflects the time, care and expertise that go into creating a personalised ceremony, while keeping things fair and flexible for every couple. I don’t include on-location rehearsals as standard and I charge travel by the kilometre. This means you only pay for what you actually need, rather than a higher flat rate that includes extras not everyone requires.

  • In short, as soon as possible.

    If you’re getting married in the autumn or spring months, I highly recommend booking your celebrant as soon as you have your date locked in. This gives you the best chance to work with someone who suits your style and meets your needs.

THE PROCESS

  • Contact me to arrange an obligation-free chat, or go ahead and book straight in.

    Pay a $200 deposit and sign the contract to secure your date in my calendar (this will be deducted from your total fee).
    Once that’s done, your date is locked in!

  • We’ll meet to start planning your perfect ceremony. I’ll ask the right questions to understand what your ideal day looks like and to learn your story.

    We’ll also complete the Notice of Intended Marriage form and cover some of the legal requirements. This form must be lodged at least one month before your ceremony.

    At this meeting, I’ll also need to sight some identification documents:

    1. Birth Certificate or Passport (originals)

    2. Driver’s Licence or Proof of Age Card

    3. Proof of address (such as a rates notice or water bill)

    *If you’ve been previously married, please bring evidence of the end of that marriage (Divorce Order or Death Certificate).

  • Then I’ll go away and work my magic, creating a ceremony that reflects your vision.

    You’ll have access to my detailed Ceremony Planning Guide, where you can customise your ceremony from start to finish.
    Or, if you prefer a more hands-off approach, I can craft a beautiful ceremony for you based on what I’ve learned.

    Complete your Ceremony Questionnaire so I have all the little details just right.

    Write your personal vows with the help of my How to Vow guide, plus extra support or a call if needed.

    Finally, you’ll review a draft of your ceremony to make sure you love every bit.

  • In the week before the ceremony, we’ll have a Zoom or phone call to go over all the little details so you can arrive on the day feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy your ceremony.

    *On locations rehearsals can be added for an additional fee

  • I’ll be there to guide you through every step of the ceremony, so you can relax knowing the focus is on celebrating your love and creating a heartfelt experience for you and your guests.

    Afterwards, while you head off to celebrate, I’ll take care of lodging your paperwork and ensuring all the legal requirements are completed.
