How I Structure My Celebrant Pricing
My pricing reflects the time, care and expertise that go into creating and delivering a personalised ceremony, while keeping things fair and flexible for every couple. I don’t include on-location rehearsals as standard and I charge travel by the kilometre. This means you only pay for what you actually need, rather than a higher flat rate that includes extras not everyone requires.
When you book me as your celebrant, you’re getting more than someone to stand up and speak on the day. You’re gaining a professional who manages every legal detail, crafts a ceremony that feels like you, supports you through vow writing and planning, and brings calm confidence to the moment you’re married. My role is part writer, part guide, part storyteller — and I take great care to make sure the entire experience feels seamless, relaxed and memorable.

The services included in my packages go far beyond showing up on the day. They cover my professional registration, ongoing development, and a thorough understanding of Australian marriage law. This ensures every ceremony I perform is compliant, legally sound and handled with care from start to finish.
I also handle all legal paperwork and lodgements, make sure every document is signed and witnessed correctly, and manage the official registration of your marriage. It’s important to me that couples can enjoy the process knowing every detail is taken care of.
Crafting a Ceremony That Feels Like You
The heart of my work lies in crafting your ceremony. I take the time to understand your story, the tone you want to set and how you’d like your guests to feel. Some couples love a lighthearted approach, others prefer something romantic, and many want a mix of sentimental and joyful.
For my Superb Package, I spend hours writing and refining your unique love story, making sure it captures your personalities and the atmosphere you want to create. I guide you through vow writing and help with structure, readings and rituals so that everything flows naturally.
The Extras That Make a Difference
Beyond writing and delivering your ceremony, I liaise with your photographer, videographer and other vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. You’ll also receive access to my Ceremony Planning Guide, Vow Writing Guide, and beautifully printed vow cards, making preparation simple and enjoyable.
After your wedding, I provide a Name Change Guide & Checklist to help you navigate the practicalities with ease — because my support doesn’t stop once you’ve said “I do.”
