I’ll begin with a short welcome, then the heart of your ceremony unfolds as you share your vows, which, with the help of my How to Vow guide, become the personal centrepiece of the moment.
You’ll exchange rings, complete the legal wording, then be pronounced married! Then we sign the paperwork, and you head off to celebrate.

Because this package is designed to stay simple and affordable, the ceremony uses a standard script and does not include a custom-written love story or personalised ceremony design.
It is beautifully delivered, but intentionally streamlined. Your vows are what make it personal.

This package is designed for 2 to 10 guests.
You’ll need two witnesses over 18, which can be part of that number.
If you’d like to have more guests attend get in touch to discuss other packages. -
You must lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage with your chosen celebrant at least one month before your ceremony. This is a legal requirement.

Locations within 20km of Mackay CBD are included. Travel beyond this is available on request and charged by the km. -

The Process
Secure Your Date

Lock in your date with a $200 deposit and signed agreement. This comes off your total fee.
Paperwork Meeting

We’ll meet in person or via Zoom to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage and go through everything you need.
This must be done at least one month before your ceremony.
You’ll need:
Birth certificate or passport
Driver’s licence or proof of age
Proof of address
If previously married, you’ll need proof of how that marriage ended.

Once your paperwork is sorted, I’ll take care of all legal requirements & paperwork behind the scenes.
You’ll receive my vow writing guide to help you create something personal and meaningful.
Get Married!

Show up and enjoy a relaxed, intimate ceremony.
You’ll say your vows, exchange rings, sign the paperwork, and be officially married.
Afterwards, I lodge everything and make sure all legal requirements are completed.
