The Process

Contact me to set up an obligation-free meeting or book straight in.

Pay a $200 booking fee and agree to the terms to secure your date in my calendar.

We’ll meet to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage form and start planning your perfect ceremony.

At this meeting, I also need to sight some ID documents & meet some legal requirements.

I’ll send you Questionnaire to complete at your leisure. This helps me get all the little details perfect.

Then my behind-the-scenes magic happens! I’ll craft a gorgeous script that’s totally unique to your relationship, make sure all the legal requirements are met and the paper work is sorted.

You’ll review the draft script to make sure it’s just right. Together, we’ll finalise the ceremony plan so there are no surprises on the day.

And you’ll write your vows with the help of my How to Vow Guide, and I can provide some extra support if needed.

A rehearsal (where applicable) ensures everyone knows their role, and you can relax knowing everything will run smoothly. It’s the perfect way to ease any pre-ceremony jitters.

I’ll be there to guide you through every step of the ceremony. You can relax knowing the focus will be on celebrating your love and creating a heartfelt experience for you and your guests.

Then you ride off into the sunset and I get to work lodging your paper work and making sure all the legal parts are taken care of! You don’t have to do anything else!
